I created the “Land and Oil News” website to provide some information to the general public about events and conditions in the oil industry, and to offer more in-depth and valuable information to paid subscribers through my newsletter “Land and Oil News”.
I want to provide information that is current, correct, truthful, and useful. Much of the information that is given to the public through television news, newspapers, and some oil field publications, is propaganda, intended to influence investors, stock holders, and consumers in a way that benefits politicians, big business, and large oil companies.
Though politicians, big business, and large oil companies know what is going on, they often don’t want the information that they have to reach the public. They want to be the first to know about an oil discovery, what companies to invest in, where to buy land and mineral rights, where to start a business or move their business. When there is about to be an Oil Bust, they want to be the first to know so that they can sell their company stocks, sell their land, sell their business or move their business.
I want to provide information to ordinary people so that they can identify for themselves when there is an Oil Boom beginning in their state, what land and mineral rights to hold or buy, what business and employment opportunities will occur, what to watch out for, to know to watch for The Bust, and opportunities after The Bust.
I lived and worked in the Oil Boom towns of Dickinson and Watford City, North Dakota, Vernal, Utah, and Carrizo Springs, Texas from 2011 through 2015. One of the things that I learned is that there is oil underground in every state. It is only a matter of time before every state has its own Oil Boom. Everything that I lived through in the Oil Boom towns will be repeated in other states. Everything that I learned can help people that have not yet lived through an Oil Boom.
My monthly paid subscriber newsletter “Land and Oil News” is intended to provide useful information to land owners, business owners, oil industry workers, and individuals seeking employment. The cost to obtain the newsletter is $40.00 per year, and is sent by mail or e-mail to you each month. Please contact me at landoilnews@aol.com
